Swamp Things
A volunteer shows her handful of warblers just taken from a net on the shores of western Lake Erie, in an area once known as the Black Swamp. Every spring migrating birds are captured. After each is weighed, measured and banded, they are freed to continue their journey north. Back to thumbnails
