The GirlFriends Club is an etiquette class intended to curb the fighting between the 5th-grade girls at Giddings Elementary School in inner city Cleveland. The culmination of the class is "High Tea" at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Plain Dealer reporter Diane Suchetka found the story and conducted the interview with teacher, Sherida Freeman. Suchetka also wrote the story that appeared in the newsapaper. Shooting on the video started in the morning and followed the girls through the event. The video was edited and posted to cleveland.com by 6 pm the same day.
