Dale Omori is the Deputy Director of Photography/Multimedia at The Plain Dealer, Cleveland, Ohio. After working as a still photographer for 17 years, he moved into multimedia and video. At Ohio's largest newspaper, he directs the multimedia and video efforts of a 13 person photo staff.
Omori is also a founding member of Burning River Films, a small independent production company. BRF has placed two films in the Cleveland International Film Festival. The first, "Another One of Me," a short depicting the life of identical twins. It screened in 2009.

The second film, "The Girlfriends Club," depicts the ups and downs of an etiquette class made up of fifth-grade girls in an inner city school. The jury named it Best Ohio Short.
